These terms govern use of condoplus.ca, operated by Gestion Condo Plus inc. (“Condo Plus”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.

1. Purpose of the site

The site presents Condo Plus condominium management services, service areas, our approach and contact information. Its content is provided for informational purposes and may be changed without notice.

2. Consultation requests and communications

Submitting a form, email or other request through the site does not by itself create a management mandate, service agreement or obligation for Condo Plus to accept a matter.

A mandate only takes effect after express acceptance by the parties and completion of the applicable contractual documents. We may contact you for additional information before determining whether we can proceed with a request.

3. General information only

Site content does not constitute legal, accounting, tax, technical, engineering or other professional advice tailored to a specific situation. Decisions concerning a property should be made based on its particular circumstances and, where appropriate, with the assistance of qualified professionals.

4. Accuracy and changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep site information current. However, information may be incomplete, become outdated or contain errors. Service descriptions, service areas, availability and site features may be changed at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to:

• bypass security or bot-protection mechanisms;
• send abusive volumes of requests, messages or automated form submissions;
• introduce malicious code or interfere with operation of the site;
• impersonate another person or knowingly provide false information;
• use site content in a manner that infringes the rights of Condo Plus or third parties.

Unless otherwise indicated, text, graphics, logos, photographs, layouts and other site content are owned by Condo Plus or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and print excerpts for reasonable personal or internal use. Substantial reproduction, publication, modification, distribution or commercial use requires our prior permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

7. Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party services, including CondoWeb, mapping services and other external resources. These services are operated independently. Condo Plus is not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Availability and security

We seek to keep the site available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or incident-free operation. We may temporarily suspend or limit features for maintenance, security or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Condo Plus is not responsible for damages arising solely from use or inability to use the site, reliance on general information on the site, or use of an external service accessed through a link.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Privacy

Collection and use of personal information through the site are described in our Privacy policy. That policy forms part of the framework applicable to your use of the site.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms to reflect changes to the site, our practices or applicable requirements. The version published on the site and the update date shown at the top of the page apply from the date of publication.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Subject to mandatory rules that may apply, disputes relating to the site shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction in the judicial district of Montréal, Québec.
