That is why we aim to maintain a real presence in the properties we manage and continuity in our relationships. The knowledge accumulated over time — equipment, projects, suppliers and past decisions — leads to more effective and consistent management.

Our growth has been gradual and has been driven primarily by long-term relationships with the condominium corporations we support.
Several properties have trusted us for more than 10 or 15 years. That continuity allows us to retain the history of each property, anticipate needs more effectively and maintain a long-term perspective despite changes in board membership.
